Super-Cool High-Tech Mobile Tiny Home Tour

The future is here, ladies and gentlemen. Meet – sCarabane. A super cool, super high-tech, innovative home on wheels.
The fully self-sufficient 420-square-foot home is hidden inside a futuristic-looking 26-foot-long trailer. It has so many incredible amenities that it makes living-off-the-grid look quite luxurious. Plus, you can go from driving to living in just about 30 minutes and need only one person to assemble it.

The sCarabane mounts on top of a circular track.

The pieces of the track are stored underneath the trailer while it is in tow and are easily assembled. The tiny home relies on this electrical rotation system to track the sun and wind for electricity. “Perhaps the most extreme example is the electrical rotation system that spins the caravan 360 degrees to optimize sun exposure and keep light and radiation flowing to the solar panels and water-heating system,” New Atlas says.

Both sides of the trailer fold down, flip up, and swing out to form an incredible little home that can be placed anywhere.

One side of the home features an expansive deck with retractable awning, and the other side of the home boasts the two bedrooms. In the center of the trailer is where you can find the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

The full-length deck is spacious enough for a dining set, lounge chairs, and lots of guests.

There is also a fold-down mini-bar that looks into the kitchen from a hatch on the side of the trailer. This is perfect for a host to serve snacks and cocktails to their guests enjoying the scenery outside.

The high-tech tiny home a large, fully-functional kitchen with every modern amenity you could imagine.

The kitchen boasts a stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, and a dishwasher – a rarity in tiny homes, let alone mobile ones. There are also cleverly placed drawers, cabinets, and shelves for storage, as well as fun see-through food containers.

The six-person dining table sits underneath a bubble window and is a multi-use area.

When guests aren’t enjoying homecooked meals at the dining table, the space is also used as the multimedia and entertainment area.

Or, the table can collapse, and the space can be transformed into an extra bed for guests – this is in addition to the two bedrooms in the rear of the home!

On the other side of the kitchen is a dry bathroom with separate compartments for the sink, toilet, and shower.

This is also the same area where you’ll find the home’s compact washing machine.

The 77.5-square-foot master bedroom is larger than many master bedrooms in traditional homes.

The bedroom was designed with extreme functionality in mind. There is a double bed, built-in shelving, and a drop-down desk. Both bedrooms also boast a full-size door that leads directly outside.

The kid’s bedroom is much simpler and has two single beds.

There is also a stunningly unique rose petal window on the roof of the room letting in lots of natural light.
