How to get rid of water spots and heat stains on your wood furniture

SF Gate indicates another option that involves removing the white mark with cigarette ash and lemon juice and then creating a paste with toothpaste and baking soda. Either method will work.

If water marks are your problem, don't worry. There's a solution for you, too. Quest TV indicates that you should begin with fine wire wool. Buff out the water mark. Next, you should use varnish to even out the appearance of the wood. It will look good as new!
